On Saturday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 10th, Auto Collision & Glass partnered up with the National Auto Body Council (NABC), Genesis Tools, GEICO and Allstate to provide car extrication training for the Twin District Fire Company in Lancaster NY and Hamburg Fire Department in Hamburg NY.
The training teaches firefighters on the newer vehicles with the newer metals and materials. More and more electric vehicles are on the roadways and those vehicles pose different issues and threats to firefighters. After the completion of this training these firefighters have more knowledge and know what to look for and how to handle accidents more efficiently and safer.
